Global Joy Mission is a social enterprise on a mission to make mental fitness as routine as brushing your teeth. Our children’s brand, Find Your Joy, and our Schools Programme are part of that work. We take your privacy, and your child’s privacy, seriously.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to globaljoymission.com and to the Find Your Joy pages within it.

This website is operated by Wellbeing Face Pty Ltd, trading as Global Joy Mission, based in Melbourne, Australia. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Global Joy Mission.

The information we collect

We only collect information we genuinely need. Depending on how you use our site, that can include:

• Details you give us directly. Your name, email address, and role when you download the Joy Explorer Pack, request the schools white paper, subscribe to updates, or contact us. School leaders may also give us their school name and work email.
• Order and enquiry details. If you buy a book, plush Joy Friend, or the Superpower Cards, your purchase is completed on our shop at simirayat.com, and any billing and delivery details you enter there are handled under that checkout’s own terms.
• Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as your device type, browser, approximate location, and how you move through the site, gathered through cookies and similar tools.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

Children’s privacy

Find Your Joy is designed for children aged 4 to 8, but our website and sign-up forms are intended for parents, carers, and educators, not for children to use on their own.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child. When a parent, carer, or teacher signs up on a child’s behalf, we only collect the adult’s details, not the child’s. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us at Enquiries@globaljoymission.com and we will delete it promptly.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• send you the resource you asked for, such as the Joy Explorer Pack or the schools white paper;
• respond to your enquiries and provide the support you have asked for;
• send you updates, tips, and news about Global Joy Mission and Find Your Joy, where you have chosen to hear from us;
• understand what content is useful, so we can improve our site and our resources;
• meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We will only send you marketing emails where you have opted in, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe any time, and we never share or sell your details.

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to help the site work, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the site is used. Some cookies are essential, and others help us measure and improve our content.
